On behalf of the Mayor's Charity this year, Ann Widdecombe has kindly agreed to be interviewed by David Amess on stage of the Palace Theatre, Westcliff-on-Sea on the 26th April. She will take questions from the general public in the second half of the evening. This Year the Mayor's Charity will be supporting The Southend Fund (www.thesouthendfund.org.uk), SAFE - Supporting Asperger Familes in Essex (www.aspergers.org.uk) and Combat Stress - for ex-service personnel suffering from psychlogical injuries (www.combatstress.org.uk) of whom there are a number in our area.
